Hello Everyone!

Hello! Salutations and greetings! I have joined all of you to create a healthier me. My goal is to lose 10 pounds this year, and keep it off. Doable, I think. I'd like to ask all of you how you deal with portion sizes. Eyeballing it, for me, is hit or miss; but I don't want to have to go outer limits, and weigh everything. How do you all manage this? Thanks, and let's all get healthy! :smile:
