Help with my diet!

I've only logged one day, as I recently just started, so I probably shouldn't be posting this until I see how I'm doing.

On my one day, I was about 400 calories below my goal, fat intake was almost negligible, and my protein intake is way to high. I was wondering if some of you could peep at my diary and make suggestions for some of these problems:

Healthy foods with higher fat (I know, avocados)
Ways to reduce my protein intake
Ways to reach my caloric goal

I eat the same thing everyday, because of convenience, so fixing one day will fix everyday. Every Sunday is my "cheat day".
My diary is public, and I just started so I'm looking for friends; feel free to add me!

Nuts and cheese for fats, if you are going to eat the same thing every day I would put some more fruit and vegetables in there. I wouldn't worry much about protein being too high, but if you want to balance it out have a bit less chicken and some veg instead, maybe sweet potato.

The suggested protein on here is way low so going over on protein is a good thing. Adding healthy fats would be good in addition to avacados think nuts or cook your chicken in olive oil, You also have no fruit listed bananas are about 100 or have some peanut butter with an apple 200-300.

Well, it is a little difficult since you've only logged a couple days but your choices are very good.

If you aren't logging your oils that you cook your food in start doing that. A tablespoon of olive oil alone is like 120 calories so that will help you realize that you are getting calories.

I personally don't see an issue with eating more protein. I am almost always over with my protein. Protein helps keep you full. I personally am a sweets person and have to have something along those lines. You have a lot of calories available to you, don't feel that you can't have a small treat. You will actually find that if you have a very small treat incorporated into your daily meal plans that it will keep you on track better then by saying that you "can't" have this or that and then binging.

I don't ban anything from my life. I just make better portion size decisions and have some things much less frequently.

Like I stated, I portion my meals three days in advance, and shop every week, so my log will look exactly the same for six days. I also don't cook with any oils so that may be a good way to go. Great suggestions from everyone! When I do next week's shopping I will definitely implement some of them.

Once again, feel free to add me as I am very new to this! I've always had trouble dieting, and the MFP community gives me the accountability and inspiration I've always needed, considering I don't have a lot of fitness minded friends in real life.

A good way to get vegetables in when you aren't keen on cooking is to just cut them into similar sized chunks, brush a little oil on if you want to and roast in the oven. I like leeks, carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes and things like that.
