When I joined back in January, I had a goal to lose 12 pounds by March 15th. My best friend Bill is moving to Montana and the 15th was his big going away party. Aside from the stress at work in addition to the emotional baggage in dealing with my best friend moving, I was able to reach my goal!!!!
I celebrated and bought myself a new pair of jeans for the party. I can not believe I fit into a size 8!!! This is the first time I have been in the single digits since junior high school. Though I still have 10 more pounds to go until I reach my final goal, I was so happy to get where I wanted to be at least by the party.
I do have to admit, the next day (yesterday) I ate like a pig (had lots of food left over from the party). This was the only time overate refusing to feel guilty about it. Today, I am looking forward to being back on track with my diet and exercise.
ULTIMATELY I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THE MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT SINCE JANUARY!!!! I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITH OUT Y'ALL
