Finally back to MFP day 2... and noticed after submitting my Diary Entry is says "If every day were like today you would weight *** in 5 weeks...
Anyone find this to be remotely accurate?
Thanks

I never have.
The key part is if everyday were like today... no one is going to have the same day everyday. Also, the number they get is soley from a mathematical equation which doesn't accurate show weight loss.0 -
I really hate that feature. I want to know day 1 and the end of week 5, and have the last date stay the same. "If every day were like today you will weigh XXX by June 31st" for example, and have June 31st not change. Watch the countdown.
This five week thing is a constantly moving target and doesn't do me any good.0 -
Even though my intake is pretty consistent, my exercise level changes day to day depending on what I am doing. One day is not a good indicator of anything. The average over the long term means a lot more.0
