Well, here I am, trying to get back on the wagon, get healthier and lose some weight. I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around something....When you exercise, you really get to add those calories back??? Someone tell me that it is ok. I just thought more calories out than in = weight loss. Looking for some support as well....I have never been good at online "stuff" Thanks!

WELCOME!
This is a pretty common question - but yes, you can eat back your calories (although some people will argue it). It all depends on your goals. Just put in the settings for what your lifestyle is like, how much you want to lose per week and all that - at this site figures out how many calories you can eat. If you want, you can skip eating back your burned calories, then you just lose weight faster. I used to do that and lost weight really fast, probably too fast (averaged 3 pounds lost per week).0 -
Thank you! That is what I thought, but just felt like I needed someone to confirm it.0
