Just getting started

I am just getting started (again) in my weight loss. I've been up and down 40-50 lbs over the last couple of years. When I got married, I weighed in at 205 lbs, which is still pretty big for my height (6 ft). I've been married for 14 years and currently weight 260 lbs. My intention is to get down to around 200 lbs. I've started up with the Power90 series, which I've done before, but this time seems different. I can't seem to get motivated into working out. My wife is working out with me when I do it, but if I don't start the video, then we're not working out. What can I do to help keep myself motivated towards working out? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
