getting back on track

Just starting up again with my attempt to lose weight. I've been lazy over the last couple years, and went from 218 lbs to 265. I want to get back into a more healthy routine. I am kicking my caloric intake WAY down, and I am starting to work out again. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs this year (if possible), and then stay there. If anyone else is doing the Power90 stuff, that's the workout videos I am doing right now. I think Tony Horton is actually trying to kill me through those videos.....
