Starting P90X ... need a support group!

I want to start the new year right (like everyone else). I'm going to start P90X and C25K training program. I will eat right and exercise. I'd like to meet people who are dedicated and motivated like me. Let me know if you are out there! :)

    I'm also starting back on doing some days of p90x, add me if u like :smile:
  • P90X is hard, good luck with it. Try to incorporate other routines as well because P90X can get boring doing the same tapes and your body will plateau.

    P90x is amazing and I never plateaued last time I did it. I started it again and I'm on day 2 now. Add me as well if you'd like!

    Be careful attempting P90X and C25K at the same time. That's a lot of exercise, so you will need a lot of fuel!

    I'm on day 65 of my first round of P90X. I eat 1,600 calories on light days (yoga, kenpo, plyo) and up to 2,400 on strength days.
