Tasty Salmon Burgers Mens Fitness
Found this recipie in Mens Fitness magazine.
Great way to get some Protein and Omega 3's
1 Large Can of Pink Salmon (1 & 3/4 Cup)
3/4 Cup of Egg Whites (Calls for 4eggs, but I prefer egg whites)
2 Diced Green Onions
4 Garlic Cloves
Mash together and cook for about 5min per side on a skillet over medium heat.

Interesting.
I'm all about the fish tacos these days, perhaps fish burgers are the next logical progression.0 -
I guess that would have been a smart thing to add... makes 4 burgers.
YOu can make indivisual if you use the small 4-5oz cans of Bumblebee Salmon
1 Egg
scallion & garlic
a piece of 2% american on top really makes it yummy!0
