Tasty Salmon Burgers Mens Fitness

Found this recipie in Mens Fitness magazine.
Great way to get some Protein and Omega 3's

1 Large Can of Pink Salmon (1 & 3/4 Cup)
3/4 Cup of Egg Whites (Calls for 4eggs, but I prefer egg whites)
2 Diced Green Onions
4 Garlic Cloves

Mash together and cook for about 5min per side on a skillet over medium heat.

    How many burgers (approx) does this make?

    Did you cook them with Pam spray or olive oil?

    Interesting.

    I'm all about the fish tacos these days, perhaps fish burgers are the next logical progression.

    I guess that would have been a smart thing to add... makes 4 burgers.
    YOu can make indivisual if you use the small 4-5oz cans of Bumblebee Salmon
    1 Egg
    scallion & garlic

    a piece of 2% american on top really makes it yummy!
