OK. I was just trying to "measure" my body fat w/ caliper today based on the abdomen fat and I got thickness of 10.2mm - which is about 20% according to the guide delivered w/ it BUT I find a whole different info on the interent so I'd like to know if any of you know any good site where I could find a GOOD chart or sth to find out what my bf% is based on the mm....?
Or...do any of you know what my body % is based on the mm?

Did you check out this website:
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/tools/how-to-measure-bodyfat-using-calipers.html
?
It seems to explain how to do the measurements quite well and has a table for both men and women split in 3 age-groups...
Seems like your bodyfat% is actually quite a bit lower than 20% according to this table. Strange that your guide says something different...0 -
yep. According to the guide delivered w/ it I should measure my fat only in the abdomen which is not 100% correct I guess since I know ppl measure it even on the right bicep, thighs and stuff:D BUT the problem is I don't know what I should exactly do w/ those measures since they are quite different on each body part:D
Thx for the link:-)0
