Todays food diary - 500cals under?!

I am new to protein shakes and had my first one today after going to the gym. I have a broken foot so am only able to do strength training at the moment and light bike work so the cals for exercise might seem pretty low.

It is nearly 8:30pm and I am 500 cals under my food limit for the day which worries me.

If anyone has some feedback on my food today I would appreciate it because I don't want to eat too few calories (I have read this is possible) I am never so far under my calories so late in the day when I have only done such a small amount of exercise. :-S

Is it usual for protein shakes to curb your appetite? I am using a Raw Vegan Brown Rice Protein that has NO sugars or sweeteners in if that helps.

Any feedback would be awesome :)

    Sometimes you just dont have as much of an appetite. It happens once in a while. As long as it's not a daily thing, I don't think there's much to worry about. One day won't ruin your progress much :)
