Looking for friends...

I have re-joined MFP after taking a few years off to participate in another program through my job. I am proud to say the program was very successful in many ways and the wealth of information that I learned is the most valuable for me. My total body fat is down considerably and my lean muscle mass is up considerably. And yes, my lean muscle mass is greater than my total body fat.
Through that program, I bonded with some very wonderful ladies. My commitment to them was to continue to support them as we all continue with our new lifestyles. One of those ladies is my friend here on MFP and I am so proud of her continued commitment to becoming a healthier person.
I need support from others who will message me when they see I haven't logged on in a few days, or whatever. I am working on finding a new workout buddy since these ladies live about 30 miles from the gym and it is just too expensive to drive that far. I know what I need to do, and because of the program, I have meal plans all outlined for me of what to eat and how much. The menus are fantastic, but I really need support to help me be accountable for going to the gym. I have a young son (he's 7) and I treasure the time we spend together. I work 10 hour days, but with a commute, I am gone for 12 hours a day. By the time I get home, I have to switch into "Mom" mode and then not going to the gym is the easiest thing to give up.
Help please. It would be very much appreciated.
