Hi all my name is Gina I am a busy college student and I have been on this site for a while now but never reached out to talk to anyone. I just started to change my food and exercise plan because the way I was going about things was not working for me. I recently found out that when a women has PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) they have to eat and exercise differently which I have had since age 16. I have been researching this week and found out that I should be eating food that has low GI and other things. I was just wondering if there was anyone out there like me that would like to give me suggestions or be friends on here to motivate me and lend a helping hand in this new process.
