ANY SUCCESS WITH BBL (BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT)?

Im thinking of possbily getting this program but I wanted to know if anyone had any success with it... did it work your whole body or just the lower half.. Thanks

I have the BBL workout videos. I did it for a week and didn't stick with it. Although that week I discovered muscles I never knew existed. :laugh: The meal plan that comes with the program is ridiculous though, IMO. The plan recommends around 1200 for women. If that's your cup of tea, then that's fine. That's too few for me though, especially with exercise involved.0

Embarassing but...I ordered it when I was about 7 months prego because I work in the labor and delivery unit where I delivered and didn't want my friends having to look at my fat, jiggly legs and butt while I was in laborGranted, birth isn't ever really pretty, lol. Anyway, I did it for about a week before it became too difficult with the extra baby weight, but I'll tell ya, I found out there are muscles I didn't know existed in that amount of time!0

I completed the program in March 2012. I only lost about 3 pounds (I'm 5'7" and weighed 143 at the start); however, I lost 10.25 inches total. It is definitely a workout and if completed your butt should change. I know mine did! It does work your whole body but of course the focus is on the bum bum.
I did not follow the meal plan because as previously mentioned, it's ridiculous. I am a healthy eater so I didn't feel the need to change what I was doing.
