In addition to tracking weight I also track body fat and six measurements (Bust, Waist, Hips, Thigh, Knee and Arm)

Of all the small achievements in my first week back after the Christmas holidays the one I am most extatic about is 1/2 inch of my thigh.

So one week in - what small achievement do you feel like celebrating?
