Just finished listening to NPR's Diane Rehm show podcast from yesterday, this Dr. Robert Lustig has some very interesting ideas on diet, sugar, processed foods and fats. You can also find the podcast in iTunes. For those thinking calories in/calories out is the way to go, you may think differently after listening.
