I didnt know sunflower seeds were so high in calories. Im addicted to them and dont know if I could give them up : (

All seeds and nuts are high in calories but also high in healthy fats. You don't need to give them up you just need to work them into your calorie goals. I eat a serving of almonds daily...I did as I lost 30 pounds and continue to do so as I maintain. I weigh it out to make sure my portion is accurate and enjoy.
Moderation is key. You don't need to give anything up, you just need to make it fit your calorie goals for the day.0 -
i believe many of those calories come from eating the shell, which i think is not supposed to be eaten anyway. get a calorie count on them without the shell. soy nuts are a good option. as are roasted chick peas. if all else fails, popcorn will work. Good Luck.0
