Hello!

My goal is to lose 15-20 more lbs I could use some daily motivation and tips to help me acheive my goal. When I eat anything with bread I swell and bloat, found out I have Celiacs this past year and hate the tast of most Gluten free foods. Help me find foods I can eat without cutting carbs completely please. I dont respond well to hateful comments just asking for a little help.
