Hi guys and girls!!
I'm really struggling with being and eating healthy at the moment - the problem is I'm just feeling a bit bored with it all!! I'm paying up for a month's gym membership today (previously only paid each time I went) and trying to "get back on the horse" when it comes to food.
Any motivationary or inspirational advice you can offer me? I'm really struggling!!

I do know how you feel, In the past i've had the same thing.
I was warned about going to the gym everyday as i might get bord, it hasn't happened as yet but i am mindful of it.
I'm trying to think of something inspirational.... umm.. lol sorry i'm rubish
I tried to get in shape for my wedding but that didn't happen, I did look back at the photos and couldn't stand looking at the fat guy in the pictures.
Maybe you could try some new recipies, i found a good book, called easy gi, and anouther one called how to eat yourself thin, they have some very nice recipes you certainly won't be bord of.
Hope you get something from this lol

Hi Lizzie,
We've all felt that way and you just have to push yourself even harder.
Go put that gym membership to great use... it's been proven that exercise gets you in a good mood.
