Late night cravings

Hey, I just thought of something. Something that helps me fight sugar cravings or just sneaking an evening snack when i shouldn't.
I brush my teeth really good and rinse with Listerine (scope works too). Although i do this ANYWAY but i do it earlier in the evening now. Hope this helps out. SuperDave

    Same here! Brushing my teeth helps me to stay away from late night snacking. Works wonders 'cause I don't want to brush my teeth again, so I just avoid the food.
