So tomorrow I'm finally going home after being at my parent's place for 3 weeks during the holidays. Needless to say, I've gained weight and feel like crap. Does anyone have a really good detox recipe that'll help me feel better and get me back on track?

Just eat a nutrient dense balanced diet and let your organs of excretion do what they evolved to. Many threads debating why detoxes are media invented sales pitches not medically beneficial or necessary.0

Once you stop eating all the Christmas food your body will naturally detox itself. The human body is cool like that.0

What toxins does your body build up? If a person had toxins in their body, they would be severely ill and hospitalized, if not dead. It's just some BS made up by the fitness community to make a lot of money selling product. But your recommendations are good for health.. fruits veggies and water are all good.
OP, you don't need a detox. Eat fruits, veggies and whole lean meats and minimize eating processed foods.
One last thing, if you are doing turbo fire and you want to succeed (like on tv), you want to follow their nutrition guide. It's important to fuel your body with those programs and your 1200 calorie default won't cut it. More than likely, you should be around 1700 calories.0 -
