new and a bit lost ??

Hi, i am a fitbit user ( also new ) and have connected accounts and am a bit lost as to add which info to which site? help please

    Hi, also use fitbit and love it. I log food on MFP, and manually log sleep on Fitbit and that's it. The fitbit logs my activity , sometimes it is out when I am doing weights, etc which you will need to enter into MFP if you require more accuracy , on the whole works really well, the calorie deficit from fitbit crosses straight over to MFP and you can keep track of where you are at with your calories/ deficit for the day. I found its better when i can sync a couple of times a day, gives you more accurate picture of where you are at. Wouldn't be without it, keeps me honest . Have finally got a handle on it after using for a couple of months , way I am using it now is working great :) Enjoy.
