30 Day Shred

I just did the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and went to enter it on my exercise journal and it's not an option. What do any of you who do the shred put it under?

if you have a heart rate monitor use it! that will give you a more acurate count on calories burned. If you dont have on maybe use circuit training as an option?0

Circuit training. I found after I got my HRM the circuit training option on MFP was pretty close.0
