I picked this up today after much research and thinking. I was looking into just making an all natural homemade protein calorie booster shakes on my own. If I went with a ready made powder, I wanted somethingt that was well developed and well reviewed and not too expensive. I went with the Cytosport muscle milk. It is low in sugar. But I plan on adding things in to boost micro nutrients and calories. Anyone have experience with this product?

It's probably one of the better tasting protein drinks, second to Lean Dessert Protein. I like that Muscle Milk is sold at gas stations so it's easy to run in and pick one up when I need a snack. It also had a good blend of protein, carbs, and fat which makes it a great snack.0

I really liked it as a fast go to when I have been in need. And, that with an Odwalla have been breakfast more than once!!0
