I need help determining how many oz are in 1 pork tenderloin. I do not have a scale or the original package for the meat.
The meat is about 8 inches long/6 inches wide/2 inches thick. Thanks for your help!

well, you're not going to eat the whole tenderloin. If you cut a portion for yourself, 3 oz is about the size of a deck of cards.0

You have a pork loin not a tenderloin / the tenderloin is only between 3/4 and 1 1/2 pounds 8 to 12 inches long and 1 1/2 wide and high0
