Soo i only have 6 more pounds to lose, I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 in order to lose 0.5lbs a week. I want to make sure I'm eating right to get to my goal weight of 125. I haven't weighed myself yet, I'll probably weigh in tomorrow morning. I feel like I may have gained weight or not even lost weight at all, so i need some opinions. Is the food that I am eating good for me to lose weight? Don't look at the 23rd because it was my birthday and the 25th Christmas or the 1st, those days I just ate whatever. Thanks guys.
