Hi everyone my name is Matthew. I recently joined MFP to keep track of my macros and improve my nutrition intake. I have been an avid runner and minimal strength trainer for over 3 years and I have learned a lot and have made all kinds of progress both mentally and physically as this isn't an easy lifestyle to maintain if you don't put in the effort. At my heaviest I weighed 210 and am now maintaining 146lbs.
