Good Evening,

Just would like to introduce myself to everyone on My Fitness Pal! Just call me Yani! I'm 5'3 at 134 lbs. In November of 2012, I weighed in at 142lbs and personally wasn't feeling that great physically! I got back into the gym and added running to my exercise regimen with a little bit insanity. In addition to loosing the weight, my blood pressure gradually lowered; no longer having to take blood pressure medications...

There's still much more work to do, much more sculpting, etc... I hope to do it with the support of everyone here.
