I have started recently. Already I have lost 6.8 pounds since Jan 3 2013. Which is fabulous. My concern however, is I am off balanced (top heavy) and have weak ankles (they twist painfully) I have 143.3 pounds left to lose. I need an exercise regime that will strengthen me, and deliver a good fat burning workout. I am terribly out of shape. I have a desk job I have been at for 4 years. My husband was right when he said, " A desk job will kill you." Any help? I really do not want my weight loss to plateau.
