I have a question that maybe someone can answer for me and give me your opinion..... I went to the doctor on Thursday 1/3/13 and he started me on the amp injections and phentermine 37.5mg. I have been eating under my calorie goals everyday which 1200 calories is a lot for me i didn't even eat as much before as i do now but my question is when should i weigh in i got another injection yesterday and i did not have them weight me but i got on the scale at the gym i go to and it showed that i had lost about 7lbs so far which is only like 4 days so when i got home yesterday from the gym i got on my moms scale and it showed i had only lost 5lbs.....wait let me give you my numbers i should have did that earlier I'm 32 years old 5ft 3in and on Thursday i weighted 255lbs k so at the gym yesterday the scale said 248lbs and at home the scale said 250 my question is should I wait until next Monday when i have to get another injection and let them weigh me and then check the scales at the gym and home to see which one is right then put my new weight on here to see my progress or should i just put one of these weighs on here now?

I would probably stick to one of those scales rather than listening to both. No matter the scale, there's always going to be an accuracy issue. Even at the doctor's. So use whichever scale you feel is best, and continue to use it. By switching back and forth, you will continue to get different readings; thus, you'll always be questioning. Whether you put on the weight on here now or not is completely up to you, but if you want to use the doctor's as your go to scale, I would wait then until you go again, or at least enter the weight you were at when they weighed you. Same goes if you decide on the gym's scale or your home scale.0
