Results from a Team Goal

I was a wee disappointed at my weigh-in yesterday because I had gone down to 162.5 during the week but was at 163.5 at Monday weigh-in. But then I found the 5-pound a month February group that I had joined (and then forgot about...) at the beginning of February. And I had listed this:
February 1st weight: 168.5
Goal for March 1st: 163.5
I weighed in exactly 5 pounds lighter-at my goal haha. So I'm feeling better about the weigh-in, especially since I went out for drinks on Friday night and splurged. It's a new month and I'm looking forward to seeing what I weigh on April 1st...which will be no joke.
February 1st weight: 168.5
