With a Wizz stick or blender -
Blend
1 x 150g pottle of 99.9% fat free diet vanilla or plain yoghurt (In NZ I like Vanilla diet-lite)
1 Cup Frozen mixed berries (of course you could use any frozen fruit you have)
eat immediately!
Only 140 Cals and tastes just like berry yoghurt icecream!
Let me know your thoughts

Oh, yes, this is fantastic! It's a regular treat for me, and sometimes I just eat the whole frozen berries with the yogurt without blending.
Vanilla diet-lite is my favourite yogurt, and I use the frozen berries that don't have strawberries in them (blackberries, raspberry, blueberry Orchard Gold, I think).0
