Do you weigh and record your weight every day?? I like to do it once a week to prevent myself from getting discouraged. Not sure what is better.

    I did it today. A day earlier than I should I have. I didnt like the results AND it was at night. Now I know better. LOL.

    My real weigh in is tomorrow so I will get up early, head to the gym with the kids and weigh myself before I eat anything.

    I never weigh myself. I rely completely on measurements, how my clothes fit, and pictures.
  • I opt for once a week also. And sometimes I try to go 2 weeks at a time so I don't get obsessed. The changes I see in strength, or how my jeans are fitting, are more important than a number on the scale....
