Hello everyone! I'm Saida, mother of four, stay at home mom (for now ) and hoping to lose 90lbs. I've never joined anything like this and hopefully meet many motivational people to help me along the way. And of course, I'm here for anyone who needs the same!
I just had a baby a month ago and am at the heaviest I've ever been. It's actually quite depressing, but I'm ready and understand that I need a lifestyle change. I need more energy to enjoy life with my kids. I've noticed that as I've put on the pounds that my lifestyle has become more sedentary and it's impacting my kids and the lifestyle choices they make. We all need a change and I'd like to lead by example. So there's a little about why I'm doing this. I'm just looking for that extra push and support. Feel free to add me!

Good luck! You can do it. I knew someone who lost 40 pounds just by counting calories. I would recommend a book that I read before called "Prevention's Shortcuts to Big Weight Loss" by Chris Freytag. I hope this helps out on your journey. Just remember, you're never alone and you can definitely do this.0
