Hey All. Just getting back in the routine of watching my eating habits again...or rather eating healthy. I'm just getting off of a back injury and need to shed some lbs before I ship out to Afghanistan in 2 months. I've been a member here for some time now, but never got involved with the social community, so I figure I might as well give it a shot for a bit of accountability. I'm looking to shed about 15 before I Ieave and build up my cardio after 3 months of being sidelined because of my back. Well, here's to going after it!ESSAYONS!
