FEAR ~ just one more excuse?

Okay I just started my journey, and my fears are rearing their ugly heads!

Right now I'm afraid that I'll fail.
Then my other (even odder) fear is that I'll be successful, but not know when to stop and take the weight loss too far.
I feel like my mind is coming up with excuses to try and sabotage myself. Possible to paralyze me into inaction.

What are some things that you guys do to either squelch or face your weight loss fears?

(I'll be on my elliptical trying to tire out my mind if anyone needs me)
