Munchies :-(

Today I have the munchies - I just feel hungry.

My breakfast was wholemeal toast, peanut butter and jam, so I know I have eaten enough calories.

I just had a snack of a bag of crisps because I was getting pretty hungry - but it hasn't satisfied me at all :-(

I know this moment in time is crucial and how I deal with it. It's at least 2 hours until lunch time....

    maybe some nuts or other high protein foods, or on carrots for low cals

    Maybe a boiled egg? My munchie time is around 3pm - boiled eggs usually help fill the gap!

    Have some protein like the above poster suggested...it'll fill you up.
  • Drink water - a lot of it
    Always takes away my muchies - sometimes i have a cup of tea or coffee too and find that i start to feel full:wink:
