What does it mean if you gov over the protein limit?

The MFP defaults for protein are a bit low. I think its set at the FDA minimum daily recommendation. Protein is good so don't fret if you go over.0

I agree. I also find that MFP sets fiber too low, so I try to "beat" the MFP numbers for fiber and protein daily.0

Wondering that myself. However, I have chosen to ignore it. My totals always come out with way more protein than they have for me. But I've learned that protein helps keep you feeling full longer so most of my meals contain some kind of protein. Don't worry about it. Be more concerned with calories, fat and carbs. Best of luck!0
