I'm dumb and bought a Groupon for 20 classes at my fave place... then realized I probably can't do this if I get pregnant. Anyone know if there is any issue doing hot yoga while "trying"??

    it wont hurt your attempts to get pregnant... it may even HELP, as you will be more relaxed & flexible ;)

    Thanks! I did some reading because I was worried about the extreme heat, but since it's unlike a hot tub (where your pores can't "breath") it helps the oxygen flow. I just need to be aware of some of the movements that have a lot of stretching in the abdominals.

    If you do get pregnant, your instructor can probably suggest modifications to some postures. I would also be a bit cautious because when you're pregnant your centre of gravity can be a bit thrown off and combined with the heat, you don't want to take a fall.
