orlistat to help w/ bad days?

mom just gave me a few of her orlistat pills.
i am wondering if i could simply take 1 every few weeks when i now i'll be having a bad day. would it help me?

I have never taken orlistat but I know that the drug has some really embarrassing side effects. Just make sure that you read all of the drug info before taking.

It's better to just have an occasional bad day. We all do.

I have taken them before unfortunately! I am sorry to say you might want to do some research before taking them. Some of the side effects can be worse for some and go beyond just embarrasing. IMO I don't think they are supposed to be used just for cheat days or bad days. One day is not going to hurt you success as long as it is just one day. I would just take the bad day and work even harder the next.
