30 year old male here. I work from home 5 days a week and just got really lazy! Looking to turn that around and use the time I have to make myself more healthy. My goal would be to start eating healthier. I sit on the computer all day (web developer) and eat food high in carbs (rice, potatoes, etc). I don't eat a lot of snack foods or drink soda but my goal would be to start cutting back on the high carbs.

My second goal would be to finish the C25K program. I think this would help me jump start my metabolism.

I am looking for other ideas to turn this lazy life around. Feel free to add me!
