The Bean... How Can I Estimate Calories Burned?

Hi. I've pulled out The Bean and the two workout DVD's using strength training principles and cardio, i.e. calorie crunching and lower body bean workout and total body bean blaster. My plan is to incorporate them into my daily workouts so I don't get totally bored w/the treadmill. Any suggestions on how I can calculate/estimate the calories burned in my exercise log?
