Quick bio loss my mom a year ago February a couple months after that I started insanity I was doing good with that till I needed knee surgery had that done in October and since then have just fallen way behind. Then the holidays came and I also loss my aunt a week before Christmas so I've been struggling with emotional eating. Oh and I also have fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism so I need some motivation.....     Hi :) My advice is to really look after yourself, be kind to yourself, mix your workouts with plenty rest and relaxation. Get the best nutritious meals you can afford.
    Have a little sit down or meditation daily if you can whilst thinking what a beautiful person you are and all the things that are good
    in your life, imagine that taught slim body you are aiming for, make it real now in your mind.and good luck!
