Plain and easy baked chicken tenders recipe?

I'm trying to find a basic, easy recipe for baked chicken tenders, maybe with some olive oil and seasoning and I keep finding recipes that have mayo, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, tons of butter, etc.
Does anyone have any basic recipe (with nutrition info) that is good? I just want something simple but yummy.

Do you want "breaded" tenders or just plain?
Soak in buttermilk (or 1 cup of milk w/ 1 tsp vinegar) for a few hours. Dip tenders in shredded parmesan cheese or bread crumbs and bake at 400 until brown. 20-25 mins (depends on oven). I flip once during cooking. Sometimes I need to go to 425, since I have a gas oven.
If you don't want parmesan, dry them off, then toss in a mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bake for the same amount of time.
I do the same with chicken breasts (skin on, bone in). I place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher/himalayan salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. I let them cool and then take the skin off and cut them off the bone. Really good. It's basically Ina Garten's recipe for roast chicken.0 -
