Sugar

I've been tracking my food via this app and have a question about the sugar reading. In general, I am twice what I should be for my daily amount right after breakfast. This is by eating acutal fruit (grapes, berries or oranges) with a 10 oz glass of juice made directly from a juicer without anything but fruits and vegetables added (apple, spinach, grapes, carrots). I feel this is healthy, but always way above my daily limit. Should I be concerned? The rest of my day is relatively low on sugar and fairly healthy. I ask because I've heard a bit about how sugar spikes hurt weight loss which is my goal. So even if these are healthy sugars values from real fruit, is it a problem? Thanks for helping me understand.

It depends on how your body reacts to sugar and processes it. Everyone is different. Generally speaking, you sugar intake is all with Fruits and not "junk" so, I wouldnt worry too much about it.
Now, if you are someone like me who even has to watch the sugar in fruits, then you may want to limit the fruits and add more veggies. I am hypoglycemic and any added sugar can cause and issue with me. Diabetics also have to watch the fruit sugars.
But, again, if you dont seem to have an issue with sugar, then as long as they are from the fruit you should be just fine.0
