Hi there everyone. I recently just started Insanity, not only a new exercise program but exercise after no exercise in 3 months. I weighed in on the first and started insanity on the 7th. After eading this article, and becoming aware of my scale obsession, I have decided not to step on the scale until February 1st. For one I'm tired of the scale ruling how I feel, and two I want my body to adjust to this sudden onset of intense working out. What helped me come to this conclusion??? My own personal feelings reinforced by the article link below. So check it out!!!

I recommend taking measurements, it is something that I wish I had done when I started. And you are right, the scale doesn't always reflect your TRUE losses. Keep it up...Insanity is a good program.0
