Is it physical or psychological?

Hunger. I began to think about this recently, and personally I think I've mistaken feeling the urge to eat constantly as hunger (psychological) rather than truly being hungry (physical). If the belly isn't feeling true emptiness, then it has to be, for me, a psychological habit I've gotten myself into. Does anyone else ponder on these things?
