8 hour diet

Hi all. One of my goals is not to spend money on weight loss products. I am sure many of you can understand where I am comng from, lots of cash on stuff that really are not miracles.

So, with that being said, I am interested in the 8 hour diet. Even though I dont considertis a diet, I think it is a gray area. I still ,plan on eating healthy but considering trying the 16 hour fast since it fits well into my schedule. After researching the book, I am left with a couple of questions...

1. what are the reccommended superfoods?
2. do the three 8 hour days have be in a row, or can they be for example monday, wednesday, friday... or monday, tuesday, thursday?
