30 day shred

I was just wondering how to go about using the 30 day shred DVD by Jillian Michaels. I started day one last night of level 1 but I see that there 3 levels. Do you just do 10 days of level one, 10 days of level two. and 10 days of level 3? And do you have any rest days or just go straight through the 30 days?

    I also did my first night of 30DS last night! That's how I think you do it, 10 days per level, and do it everyday!

    Yesterday was day 9 for me - today will be day 10 then I'm on to Level 2 - no rest so far, and I'm really shooting for a straight 30 days!
