I'm just wondering if its ok to take a Multi-Vitamin, Fish Oil, Flax seed Oil, CLA, Green Tea Extract, & B-12 complex tablets everyday without any interactions or problems? Also are there an other natural vitamins or supplements anyone can suggest for energy or good health in general . Thanks! :flowerforyou:

What is CLA? Also why do you need additional B-12? It should be in the multi or in citrus fruit. I think green tea extract is probably useless.

In the morning before my workout I take a multi, fish oil, guarana (200mg for energy, like a cup of coffee) and white willow bark (nature's aspirin, it helps repair muscle tissue if you work out a lot). Unless you're a body builder, I think that is all you really need to take.

CLA is Conjugated linoleic acid and its found in like meat and dairy. My friend told me it helps reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. I researched a little and a lot of people use it without any problems. I don't believe its harmful and lots of people have seen results. I think its also known as Tonalin. I read some reviews from here [ http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Tonalin-XS-CLA-1g-120-Softgels ].

Oh that's true i probably don't need the additional B-12, thanks!
Does Guarana have caffeine in it? I will look into the white willow bark because i have been starting to work out a lot lately.

Lol no i am no body builder! Thanks for the info! :drinker:
